Sureswim has been going strong since 2015 and is proud of its community of strong open water swim buddies that has grown from its foundation.

Hailing from the Isles of Scilly, Clare spent her formative years surrounded by (and in and out of) the sea.

Over the past 20 years she has worked as a swim guide and coach for a well known swim guiding company, coached young athletes, is captain of Falmouth Surf Lifesaving club and has organised and participated in many open water swim events.

Clare is a SLSGB Surf lifeguard and a Swim England L2 swim coach.

Clare has swum and kayaked extensively around the SW Cornish coastline and is an ardent advocate for keeping our waterways and marine environment clean and protected.

With her swim buddies Clare continues to search out new swims.
