We are a small open water swimming company based and operating in and around the Falmouth area in Cornwall.

We offer open water swim coaching and open water swim guiding as well as winter pool sessions.

OPEN WATER SWIMMING

We cater for all open water swimmers from beginners to established competitors.

We run regular weekly group swim sessions (time and place depends on ability level and conditions) focusing on safety, technique and stamina

If you want something more bespoke such as a 1:1, 1:2 or personal group session then we can tailor to your needs and set up a session by arrangement. Have a look around the website and our social media accounts to get a taste of what we get up to and contact us if you need more info.

SWIM COACHING

We offer a range of coaching and swim guiding. You can choose to be part of a group or have a 1:1 or 1:2 session
